Cancellation Policy: Free cancel 48 hours prior to arrival, 7 nights or more is a 1 week cancel. If you cancel within the cancellation policy you forfeit the first nights rent for all rooms rents, even if roads are closed etc. **At the cancellation cut-off date you are charged for all rooms and nights reserved, taxes, and other fees… Once you book you become fully responsible for all rooms and nights reserved.
There is NO refund for early departures.
Reservations: Guaranteed — call direct for availability and reservations at (800) 990-6614. Payment for all nights reserved is taken at the cut-off date of the cancellation. We can only hold rooms with a valid credit card. If the card is invalid for any reason or declined your reservation will be canceled without notification. If you cancel within the cancellation period you are still responsible for all nights reserved and the booking fee, even if there are road closures, or bad weather, etc. Once you book you have committed to this room and the dates requested.
We are privately owned and operated and have the right to refuse service at any time!
